Hi! I’m Amanda, LMHC

I am a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience working with people in a variety of settings. I have been practicing therapy for five years and established my Private Practice in March of 2025.

I have always loved working with people. I was initially drawn to therapy after working in several different settings that were focused on short-term relationship building. I enjoyed this work but struggled when connections were lost due to the limits of the programs. I always felt there was more to explore, which is what led me to pursue therapy as a career.

I enjoy working with clients who are motivated towards making changes in their day-to-day lives. However, therapy is slow work. Thats why my foundation always starts with getting to know who you are through safety, trust, and autonomy. I work alongside you at a pace thats comfortable for you.

I myself have done the work! I have found deep healing and support through my own therapy experiences and am honored to walk alongside my clients as they learn, grow, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
